Ainsley and Jonah

Ainsley had her first play date today! I don't know if you'd really call it a play date since they are too little to do anything. But Jonah and his mom Erica came over to visit. Erica and I were due on the same day but Jonah came early so he is about 3 weeks older than Ainsley. Aren't they adorable?

First Bath

Ainsley got her first bath tonight. It wasn't a real bath since her little belly button stump is still there, but she seemed to enjoy it anyway. She got really calm and she was looking all around like it was the first time she had seen everything. She also liked her turtle hoodie towel. So cute!

Ainsley Goes Home

On Saturday afternoon we finally got to go home. I rode in the backseat with Ainsley and she held onto my finger the whole way home. She is so sweet!!

Ainsley's Birthday : Meeting the Family

Ainsley got to meet Daddy right away (of course) and it was love at first sight. Then she met Granny, Grandaddy, and Uncle Christopher. Nana and Pee Paw came to visit later that night. Then on Friday she got to meet Ty, and Nana and Papa Nicholson came all the way from Minnesota to see her. What a lucky girl!

Ainsley's Birthday : SHE'S HERE!!!

After a lot of waiting and a LOT of hard work, Ainsley Grace Nicholson arrived at 4:32 pm. She weighed 8 lbs. 1 oz. and was 19 1/4 inches long. We are so blessed!

Ainsley's Birthday : Waiting Game

We got to the hospital at 7 am, and the nurse started my pitocin at 8 am, and then Dr. Robbins broke my water at 9. Mom, Dad, Christopher and Kandis stayed with us all day while we waited!
